Can i file one w2 this year and the other next year?
I worked for to different employer's last year I'm still waiting for one w2 what happens if I decided to wait till next year to file the one I am waiting for?

Can i file one w2 this year and the other next year?
No. you cannot do that. All of your 2016 W-2's have to be reported on your 2016 tax return. Employers have until January 31 to issue W-2's. Wait until you have complete and accurate information and file correctly.
