Can I file my taxes before form Turbotax has the form 8839 Adoption Credit, says it isn't ready yet. What happens if I file before that is ready?

You could, then when the Adoption form credit (8839) is available (3/3/22) you would have to amend your return.  Amended returns can take 8 to 12 weeks to process an amended return.  You can check the status of an amended return at the IRS website Where's My Amended Return.  It takes about 3 weeks from the date you mailed the amended return for it to show up in the IRS system.
