Can i file my independent childrens taxes

I cannot claim my 22 year son as dependent. Can I file his taxes for him through turbo tax

You can prepare a tax return for your son if he gives you permission. To use the online product, you or he would have to create a new online account. Only one tax return can be prepared on each online account.

When you say you can't claim him as a dependent, is it because he was not a full time student and made more than $4050?
