Can i file my extension after april 18

I missed to file my extension by the due date. Can i still file for an extension with turbo tax?

No, an extension has to be filed by the April 18th deadline.  If you are due a refund, there is no penalty for filing a late return.

If you owe taxes you need to pay as soon as possible, a penalty and interest accumulate until paid in full.
