Why would you want to do that? Your preparer should be able to e-file your return, or you can mail the return the preparer gave you.
If you purchase TurboTax to install on your own computer from a CD or download, for Mac or PC, it allows direct entry on the tax forms. However, if you direct enter your entire return, you will not get the TurboTax accuracy guarantee.
Your state may have an e-file online option where you fill out a form online. This would allow you to copy your information from the prepared return to the online return. The IRS does not have this direct option.
Although the CD/Download TurboTax software does allow direct entry on the forms, as Opus 17 said, you cannot just copy entries from paper tax forms into the TurboTax software. Most of the entries cannot be made directly on the forms that are filed, even in the CD/Download software. The information has to be entered in supporting forms and worksheets, and then it flows to the forms that are filed. It's usually easier and less error-prone to use the Step-by-Step interview.
How did the bookkeeper prepare the tax return? Did he or she use some other software or web site? If so, you should file the tax return with the software or web site that the bookkeeper used to prepare it.
