No, there is no online version that you can use for the 2018 tax year.

You can purchase a 2018 TurboTax product to prepare your 2018 income tax return but it must be one of the desktop (installed on a computer) versions.

No, to file your 2018 tax return, you have to use the TurboTax program for the 2018 tax year. TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year (2019).
