Can I file IRS Form 15400 EV Tax Credit doing my taxes myself with Turbo Tax Deluxe online?

I bought a car that qualifies for the EV Tax Credit.

IRS Form 15400 is only used by dealerships to report the sale to the IRS and give a copy to the buyer.  You, as the buyer do not enter the Form 15400 on your tax return.

To enter an EV Vehicle Tax Credit -

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under Cars and Other Things You Own
On Energy-Efficient Vehicles, click the start or update button
