Can I file head of household.

I am single and have moved into my parents home to take care of them. They both live off of Social Security only. I pay over half of the household expenses can I claim head of household?

As long as you pay more than half of their living expenses and you are maintaining a home for them, you should be able to have  them as your dependent and therefore  you are the head of household
