Can I file as Married even if my wife is still in the Philippines?

yes,  if you are legally married your only two choices are MFS and MFJ,  it doesn'tmatter where your spouse is located. You CANNOT file SINGLE. 

if you choose MFJ, you must include the spouse's worldwide income and then get a credit for taxes paid to another country.
