Can i file as head of household when i am married

I got married in September 2018.  I used to file as head of household with 3 dependents. I pay more than half of their living expenses for the whole of 2017 and even up to now. I would like to know if I still qualify to file as head of household even I am married since I still support my dependents and I have lived with them more than 6 months of last year.

No, since you were married as of Dec 31 and did not live apart from your spouse for the LAST 6 months of the year, you cannot file as head of household.

Your only 2 filing options are Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separate.  Most married couples find the joint return to be the most beneficial.
