Can I file 6 returns with this TurboTax software? I usually file 5, but this year I need one more. Do I have to purchase separate product??

No.  The IRS limit is five federal e-files and there is no way around it.  Buying another CD or download will not allow you to e-file more federal returns.  After you have used up the five e-files, any additional federal returns you prepare must be printed, signed and mailed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
