Not with Turbo Tax. All Online versions are closed to get ready for 2022. You might be able to use IRS Free File

Or fill out the blank IRS forms by hand for free.

And....if you had no income for 2021, what are you trying to accomplish by filing a tax return? If someone else can claim you as a dependent for 2021, then you are not eligible for any tax credits.
