Are you sure you are in the right account for your 2017 return? Do you not remember if you paid tax due for a 2017 return or if you received a refund?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

If you did prepare a 2017 return and it was never filed, then it can still be filed by printing, signing and mailing it. A 2017 return cannot be e-filed. If it was not filed, then you will need to use "zero" as the AGI when you try to e-file 2018.
