Yes you can file 2017 now.

Or you can get the blank forms from the IRS and do them by hand for free.  Either way you will have to print and mail prior year returns.

Thank u for ur reply. one last question? It is asking me for my 2016 AGI number to continue to file 2017, my w-2 does not have it on there and I didn't file 2016 how do I find my AGI number if not on my W-2?

If you didn’t file a 2016 return yet then your AGI is 0.  You only get the AGI from your 1040 tax return.  Put zero.
