When using the TurboTax online editions only one tax return can be filed per account and User ID.  You need to create a new account with a new User ID and new email address for another tax return.

Go to this TurboTax website and click on Sign up to create a new account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/file-your-own-taxes/

If you are using the online version of TurboTax you can only do one return on that login.

TurboTax Desktop can do up to five, or

You can create a new login.

Sign out of your current TurboTax account to avoid overwriting your previous return.

1. Go to TurboTax.com.
2. If your browser automatically logs you into the old account,
   1. Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history
3. Enter your Email address
4. On the sign in page select New to TurboTax? 
5. Create an account
6. Enter your 
   1. User ID (Not the same as your previous account)
   2. Password
   3. Phone
7. Create an Intuit Account
