Did you actually pay with a credit card for the Self-Employed online edition in the File section of the program on Step 1?
If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2022 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
Otherwise you will need to contact TurboTax support for any type of account problem. Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.

Or did you buy the Desktop Business program? Or Home & Business? Home & Business has everything Premier has. If you bought the separate Turbo Tax Business you need to call in to exchange it for a personal version.
