Can I enter the amounts I paid in 2025 using form 1040-ES?

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

No, if you made payments, it would have been by using a 1040-ES.  You will post the amount you paid directly into the program.

Open TurboTax Online

1. Select Deductions & Credits
2. Scroll to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
3. In the drop down pick Estimated Tax Payments [Start]
4. Select the proper conditions for the payment.
5. In this case Federal estimated taxes for 2025 (Form 1040-ES)  [Start]
6. Did you pay federal estimated taxes for 2025? [Yes]
7. Post your quarterly payments.
8. Change the date of payment if necessary.
