Can I efile after I printed my tax return and said I wanted to mail it?

E-filing a 2019 tax return using TurboTax closed after October 15, 2020.

The 2019 tax return can now only be printed, signed, dated and mailed by you to the IRS.  Include all Forms W-2 and Forms 1099 which have taxes withheld with the mailed return.

If you asked this question before e-filing closed on October 15, I believe the answer is yes, but you have to call customer support to reset your account.  Now of course, it is too late for your 2019 taxes.
