Can I edit the address on my 1099INT to reflect my foreign address. The information did not import correctly from my bank?

Your 1099-INT can have an older address for you.  Turbo Tax asks for the address on the 1099-INT, not your mailing address.

Your mailing address goes on the front page of your 1040.

I don't even see that TurboTax interview asks for any 1099-INT address at all, either in Online TurboTax or desktop version. .   It only asks for institution name and payer's EIN.  It doesn't ask for Payer's address or Recipient's address.

In desktop TurboTax in Forms Mode, the 1099-INT Worksheet has a place at the bottom for Payer's and Recipient's addresses, but it's optional for one's records.   I have never put either.

Maybe your error is caused by an address that imported in, when it really wasn't needed.  If so, you might consider deleting the 1099-INT form completely (we can tell you how), and re-enter the 1099-INT manually, and it shouldn't ask you for any addresses.
