Can I download my 2 state returns at anytime?

Using desktop TT Premier for windows.  Have had issues getting states (MN and WI) to download in the past.  Would like to do now so if issues someone will be available to help.  Not finished with Federal portion yet.  Can I download states now before finishing Federal?

Yes you can go to the state and download both of the states needed prior to finishing the state return.

You should have one state program included with the program and you will need to purchase the 2nd state.

I have a NY State Tax Return and an Illinois State Tax Return. 

At the moment, I can only download Illinois.

What do I need to do to be able to download the NY State Tax Return?
