Can I download 2018 for free if I bought the CD long ago?

I bought a turbotax 2018 CD, registered it and used it for my ex wife's return.  However I never finished my return, and want to do so now.  However I no longer have the CD or the computer I started it on (my ex does!).

I would like turbotax to make it available for me to download now.  I think they should know I bought it and used it.  Can they let me download it now for free?
