Can I downgrade from Self-employed to Deluxe even if I already paid? the system is not letting me?

I just need to file on deluxe but now it will not let me clear and start over.

Sorry you can't clear or downgrade if you already paid.  Why do you want to use Deluxe now?  The Self Employed version has everything Deluxe has.  And you can't get a refund. You can use the Self Employed version even if you are not self employed.
