Want to do two differen taxes with TurboTax Live Self-Employed. I used to use the desk top version

No, you will need to have 2 different accounts and pay for each return separately if using TurboTax Self-Employed (online version). Each online account will handle only 1 tax return.

If you were still using the desktop version, you would be able to complete both returns using the same software. But, you can't do that with the Online versions.
