If you have already filed, you will not have a chance to fix the return. If it is rejected by the IRS however, you will be able to fixed what you 'messed up' on. However, if you have not yet filed, the only way to fix your return is to clear and start over. You can delete the data you have entered with our clear and start over feature in TurboTax but you won't be able to use this if you've already registered, submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
