Can I do a preliminary return to see my position now?

The TurboTax online editions for 2019 will not be available until December.

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for 2019 are available - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

 

Or use the TurboTax calculator TaxCaster to get an estimate of taxes owed or a tax refund - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/
