Note i did file last year. All my income, except this $4200 rental income in MA, are from GA. do I need to file for second state (MA) or only GA , plus Federal

Yes, you can delete MA as you are under the filing threshold of $8,000 for non residents.

If GA is your home state you can file for only GA and FL.
