Can I continue when I have $221.88 in exempt-interest dividends listed on my 1099-DIV, I check "My 1099-DIV doesn't have a state listed," and I live in a WA?

I'm following instructions from clicking link to "My 1099-DIV doesn't have a state listed," but I still can't "Continue."

In the top box, just choose "Multiple States", from the list. It's at the Very End of the state pull down list.
