No. You never combine W-2's, even your own. You also never report a dependent's income from work on your return. They report work income on their own return, and they must check the box for "I can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return."
You can only file one return per account with Turbotax online, so you will need to create a second account if they are required to file, but it can use the same email address for notifications as long as the user name is different.
