can I claim the renter's credit on my 2024 income tax return

To enter the renter's credit:

1. Check the box that says you rented a home in 2024 and received (or will receive) a CRP

2. Continue through the screens until you see a list of credits. Click the Renter's credit (first in the list)

3. Follow the prompts and answer the credit to calculate the renter's credit.
