Quite likely. There are 3 main requirements for you to claim her:
- She had less than $4050 of qualifying income. (If all she has is SSI, her income would not disqualify her)
- She has a qualifying relationship (she does; she's your mother)

You provide at least half of her support. (With so little SSI going towards support, this seems highly likely as well).
Chances are really good that you can claim her, and also claim the Head of Household status (if normally you would claim single), even though your mother does not live with you. (Also, if you pay medical expenses, you can claim qualifying medical expenses on your return as well).
