CAN I CLAIM MY WIFE, CHILD, & MOTHER IN LAW WHOM I SUPPORT LIVING IN HAITI AND DO NOT HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS CAN I CLAIM THEM ON MY TAXES FOR 2018

In order to be claimed, they need a Social Security number and they also need to be residents or citizens of the US, Mexico or Canada.
