Most likely, yes. Provided your son is under 19 years old (or 24 if he is also a full time student), still lives with you at least half the year, and you provided more than half of his support for 2016, you can claim him. If he made more than half of his own support, he will have to file alone.

Luckily, TurboTax will let you know if he made enough to file independently.

My son just turned 21 and he lives at home  working part time. He made about 6000 and I'm unsure if I can claim my son. I'm paying all of his medical and living expenses.

If your son is a Full Time Student, you can claim him until he is 24. If he is not, the deadline to qualify as a dependent is 19. If he made around $6,000, he is also unable to qualify as a relative, as the limit there is $4,050.
