My daughter graduated from high school May 2017, turned 19 summer 2017, and started a state college August 2017 as a full-time student. She has had two different part time jobs this year but only made a few hundred dollars at best. Can I still claim her? Also, since she had a part time job and can be getting a W-2, will she need to file her own taxes?

Yes, you can claim her if you provide more than half of her support and she lives with you when she is not in college.
And, Yes, if she had a job she will need to file her own tax return. She will simply mark that someone else can claim her on their tax return when prompted.
