Can i claim my 21 year old daughter as a dependent. she is a full time student and lives at home. she made 16500 last year and lives with us only pays her car payment.

Be sure on her return she checks the box that says she can be claimed on someone else's return.  Did she file already?  If she doesn't check that box it will mess up both your returns.
