You can claim her if she earned less than $4400 in 2022. Otherwise, you can only claim her if she was full-time student. If she was a full-time student she can be claimed as qualifying child. If she was 19 at the end of 2022 but not a student, she can be a qualifying relative if she earned less than $4400.
WHO CAN I CLAIM AS A DEPENDENT?
You can claim a child, relative, friend, or fiancé (etc.) as a dependent on your 2022 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:
Qualifying child
Qualifying relative
