If you have two dependents you can claim them. Your age does not prevent you from claiming dependents.

As xmasbaby0 stated, if you have two qualifying dependents you can claim them. If you are asking if you can claim dependents based on your age and status as a widow, the answer is no. However, since you are at least age 65, your Standard Deduction is increased by $1,850 to $15,700.
