Can I choose to pay by check or with my bank account? I don't have a credit card, and I'm not able to pay with my refund.

Thank you for the reply with payment options.

I thought I was setting up payment for federal tax owed, but it was only the TurboTax fees. That wasn't clear to me. I paid that with a credit card, and found the screen where I could select a different option for the federal tax payment.
