Can I check to find out if I filed single or married?

I tried to track my return and think that the only info I might have filed incorrectly

If you've already submitted your return, you can verify your filing status by looking at your Form 1040. This information will be on the first page of this form, underneath your name and address. There will be a box that is checked indicating which filing status has been used.

If you find that this information is incorrect:

If you have already submitted your return: if it gets rejected then you can go in and make the necessary changes. If it is accepted, you will need to amend your return. The link below will take you to a guide with the instructions on how to amend. The 2018 instructions will be added to this guide once the IRS has released the current form 1040X.
