Can I change my filing status from a mail voucher to pay online for my NC state tax?

If you are just referring to payment (i.e you e-filed the NC return but originally wanted to send a check payment), then you can simply make the payment online with NC and discard the voucher.  You don't need to officially change anything in TurboTax.
