My changes have been rejected with the directions given to change the email address.

Use email [email address removed] to respond.

Can I change my email address if the normal directions do not work?

Provide proof of identity and submit the Account Recovery Request. Normal turn around time is 24 hours. These are not done on holidays or weekends.
