You can abandon filing with TurboTax but you won't get your money back because you SUBMITTED a tax return.

You could abandon it, but TurboTax Support won't give a refund for Online TurboTax for that reason.
Most people would fix the reason for rejection and resubmit the efile. You didn't mention the reason for rejection--i.e., the rejection error code/message. Someone here in the forum might be able to tell you how to fix it.
