Can I be transferred to speak to a specific tax expert?

There is a specific tax expert who I need to speak with but I don’t know how I can reach her or how I can schedule an appointment with her

If you have been using TT Live and already have an expert assigned to you, you can contact that same expert.   But if you are just starting out....you cannot "pick" your expert.  The experts are seasonal employees who may or not work with TT every year.
