Can I be refunded for the $76 that I paid to e-file.I paid for e-filing services but found out that I couldn't e-file as I was a victim of identity theft?

There are no e-file charges when using the TurboTax online editions.  The TurboTax account fees are for use of the software to assist in completing your self-prepared tax returns.  The TurboTax account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
