Can I assume that the information from form 4562 from 2015 was transferred into my 2016 tax form? I used Turbo Tax Business both years.

Yes, business assets transfer, if you transferred in your prior year data file. You should also check to make sure that the assets are there.  They will be under the applicable business and Assets/Depreciation.

Many small businesses can fully depreciation assets using bonus/section 179 in the initial year the asset was placed in service. If you did so, you won't have a deduction this year.
