No, you can't include a 2015 W-2 in your 2016 tax return. It has to be on your 2015 tax return. If you never filed for 2015, you can file your 2015 tax return now. If you filed a 2015 tax return but omitted the W-2, you have to file an amended return for 2015 to add the W-2.
