You can't add income reported on a Form 1099-R to wage income, but you can add it to your tax return as pension income. You enter that form in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax, then Retirement Plans and Social Security, then IRA, 401-K, Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
