Can free Turbo to send refund directly back to the IRS? my refund (of estimated tax) needs to go repayment on 2017 installment plan (9465plan accepted for 2017).

My installment plan of 2017, for paying large tax debt, requires me to forfeit all refunds back to that debt.  How do I tell free Turbo to do that?

The IRS knows you have a tax debt and will seize any federal tax refund after the tax return has been filed.  There is not need or way to enter on your federal tax return that you have back taxes owed.
