Can file 2017 taxes first then file 2016 taxes?
i didnt file my 2016 taxes but i only made 5,785.48$ an paid in 1,234.36$ but i dont have the money yet to pay to file but would like to go ahead an file 2017 now since turbo take that out of my refund? or should i just wait and do them both at the same time?

You can file 2017 first. You are not required to file for 2016, but you may be able to get a refund if you do. You will have to paper file 2016 (print out and mail) because the IRS is no longer accepting e-filing for 2016.
