Can anyone tell me where to look if double clicking on the QBI link is not working?

Schedule E, QBI Income deduction "smart worksheet", A 2. Says double click to link but I double click and nothing happens. Anyone know where I can get to this worksheet to manually input? I followed the instructions from the AI but where it tells me to go doesn't exist in the federal, deductions & credits.
