Can anyone tell me if they have had a problem with reporting gambling winnings on the form they provide does not have a box 9?

Box 9 on the W-2G is for your SSN.  There is no box 9 in TurboTax because your SSN is entered under Personal Info.  The ''must enter'' boxes on a W-2G are the Payer's ID, name and address and Boxes 1 (amount) and 2 (date of win).
